30-Day Return Window

If the item delivered to you does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. When possible, please send the item back with its original packaging. Each return request must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Return Process

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. RuoasNei™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is connected to a mistake made by RuoasNei™.
